• What are your payment options?
  Customers can pay for shop purchases and practitioner fees by cash, Visa, Mastercard or Amex.
  With a 30% deposit, shop purchases (excluding consignment pieces and practitioner fees) can be placed on laybuy. The payments must be finalised within 3 months.
   

• What is your returns policy?
  Faulty products can be returned to us according to the ACT Consumer Affairs regulations. 
  Any other returns are at the discretion of the management.
   

• Do you offer gift cards?
  Gift vouchers can be purchased for any amount.
